Digital Transformation Lead - R&D
After completing the Unilever Future Leaders Program, I joined HUL R&D's Strategy & Operations team as the Digital Transformation Lead. Over the past 2 years, I have led the design, development and management of world-class digital & data-led capabilities that are helping Unilever teams craft delightful products at speed. Unilever’s mission to make sustainable living commonplace via purpose-led innovations is improving the lives of billions globally, and contributing to this vision is a privilege for which I’m grateful.

Agile Innovation Hub
The Agile Innovation Hub is a unique innovation accelerator that houses bespoke capabilities for uncovering consumer insights, turning them into products via rapid prototyping, and testing them with consumers.

The capabilities on offer leverage advanced data analytics turbocharged by AI to ensure marketers and R&D teams stay on top of consumer trends. Robotics and 3D printing are helping expedite prototyping and R&D.

Since its inception in 2022, the AI Hub has helped scores of projects reach consumers faster and deliver growth to the business.
